Dynamic Balancing
Rotating Component needs to be in a state of balance to ensure trouble free operation. If not, the effects of unbalance become detrimental.
Eminent Engg. Works has Installed Specially designed Horizontal Axis End Driven type Dynamic Balancing machine. This machine ensures the balancing of both customer’s and in-house manufactured components like blowers, fans, turbine rotors, electrical motors, propellers, agitators, fly wheels, crank shafts, fluid couplings, pulleys and all such rotating components.
The installed machine KHB-1T [Sp1] has the capacity to balance rotating components with weight upto 1.2 Tones and Diameters upto 2.5 meters. It has been calibrated as per ISO 2953-1985/BS3852 and balances to ISO-1940 standards. This machine is equipped with variety of measuring system suitable for the application and sophistication required. Every balancing job will be completed with balancing report and certificates issued along with client’s findings and in some cases it is with third party inspection.
